The AMIO Levage preventative maintenance program

Helps optimise your production with our services of crane maintenance. AMIO Levage organises inspections, maintenance and repairs with the aim of ensuring the safety of lifting equipment, while preventing unexpected breakdown, compliance breaches and component deficiencies. We make actions of preventive maintenance, reparation or intervention in emergency case, modernization of our equipments and removal mechanical or electrical machine during a move, for example. 

 

 

 

 

Inspections

Carried out by technicians from AMIO Levage, inspections consist of health check-ups of overhead, semi-gantry and gantry cranes, as well as all lifting and handling equipment. They also verify compliance with different regulations and identify different hazards that may affect safety and productivity.

 

Preventative maintenance

This consists of replacing defective parts identified by AMIO Levage technicians during repair or inspection visits. These visits are pre-planned. They decrease the rate of breakdowns, ensure the safety of all lifting equipment and dramatically improve productivity.

Repairs

As for preventative maintenance and inspections, repairs can be a based according to the timeframe and requirements of each AMIO Levage customer. Emergency interventions are among the services provided by the company and the whole of the technical service specialised in the maintenance of overhead cranes is able to adapt to constraints in terms of the client's schedule and deadlines.

 

These repairs are related to breakdowns, but also to inspection reports and/or preventative visits. In the event of breakdowns, repairs cannot be planned. This is what is known as corrective maintenance. Whereas if repairs are needed after a report, then they can be planned in advance.

Spare parts

Whatever the make and model of the overhead crane, AMIO Levage has developed a network of suppliers for the maintenance of overhead, gantry and semi-gantry cranes, allowing us to rapidly source and replenish stocks or respond with an intervention at very attractive costs.

 

 

 

Modernisation

Bringing together all of our skills in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation fields, together with our engineering department and the entire technical service, AMIO Levage is able to put in place "turnkey" modernisation projects and/or upgrade various lifting appliances.

Maintenance

Removals

Production changes, handling needs to be rethought, some lifting devices may need to be moved, either in the same workshop or to another workshop within the company, but sometimes they need to be moved to an entirely different production site.

AMIO Levage has carried out this work many times.

 

Removal, disassembly, loading of trucks, complete transfer, unloading of trucks, any mechanical and electrical changes to the lifting equipment, reassembly, installation on rails, testing and commissioning, is a turnkey service that the company offers to its clients.
