The wall-mounted slewing crane is designed to handle loads in a zone defined by the length of the crane arm, known in lifting vocabulary as the "span", and the angle of rotation of the crane arm. Fitted onto an existing vertical support in factories and workshops, before installation of the wall-mounted slewing crane it is necessary to carry out a preliminary study, to verify the strength of the support where the crane will be fixed.
The "GBP" manual rotation jib crane series

This ergonomic design is suitable for load capacities from 63 to 1000 kg, and arms of 2 to 7m.
The arm is made of folded sheet metal in which the hoist trolley circles.
The arm of the crane has one or two stay bolts depending on the length of the arm and the load capacity of the jib crane. These stay bolts originate from the upright tube of the rotation axis and the top of the arm profile. This supports the arm.
This wall-mounted jib crane version enables very easy handling due to its low inertia which is due to both the reduced weight of the arm and the ergonomic shape of the profile making up the arm.
To enable the long-travel, the wall-mounted jib crane's arm has a special "channel" trolley, which moves the load by manual pushing with maximum smoothness.
The "T" cantilever version is suitable for load capacities from 63 to 2000 kg, and arms of 2 to 5 m.
The arm is made with a standard profile, on which the hoist-carrying trolley circulates on the wings of the lower part of the profile.
The girder is self-supporting and cantilevered, so it has no support stay bolts, and it is directly integral with the rotation tube via suitable reinforcements.
This jib crane version ensures optimal use of the available headroom due to the absence of stay bolts and the hook run.
The long-travel for this type of wall-mounted jib crane can be achieved using a manual push, electrical or chain trolley.
The triangular "H" overbraced version for lifting capacities from 125 to 200kg and arms of 4 to 8m.
The arm is made with a standard profile in the shape of an "H", on which the hoist-carrying trolley circulates on the wings of the lower part of the profile.
One or two stay bolts support the profile of the lifting bracket and these are connected to the rotation tube.
This version can lift heavier loads than the other "C" and "T" jib crane series.

The jib crane with "MBB" articulated arm series
- They are available as standard for lifting capacities from 125 to 500 kg and with arms of 2 to 7m. There is a version where it is possible to mount a manipulator. The maximum capacity is reduced to 125 kg.
- Jib cranes, with articulated arms, wall version and manual rotation, are designed for handling loads in workshops, factories and shops, where the presence of fixed obstacles would prevent the free rotation of the jib crane standard arms such as the "GBP" and the "MBE" series, where it would be necessary to go around the obstacle.
- For this, they are equipped with an arm composed of two parts "arms and forearms" and articulated with an axis making a hinge. This helps to avoid obstacles during rotational movement.
- The jib crane's arm closer to the wall is made in boxed casing, and the forearm side can be made using a T-beam or a tubular profile.
- The two arms may be of different lengths or the same. Their "pantograph" mobility allows the hoist to reach any point of the circular area served, which increases the surface area served by the back of the pole, if the latter is installed on a pillar of the building structure and is not surrounded by cladding or concrete or breeze-block walls.
- On this type of jib crane, there is no steering trolley on the electric hoist. The latter is directly attached to the end of the forearm and movement in the handling area is made through rotation of the two arms.
The "MBE" series jib crane with motorised arm
- It is available as standard for lifting capacities from 250 to 2000 kg and with arms of 2 to 8m. It can be made in the two profile versions, "T" and "H".
- This type of jib crane is designed for handling loads located in areas where it is difficult for the operator to intervene or where the load is large and prevents the operator from getting close to it.
- It is also used when the frequency of use is high and the load to be moved is relatively heavy, requiring excessive effort from the operator.
- The rotating mechanism of the wall-mounted jib crane is made up of a geared motor fixed vertically under the support bracket. It includes an epicycloid gear module, possessing a reducer of epicycloidal type, with gears in a permanent oil and self braking conical brake motor. The drive sprocket of the motor reducer fits together with a toothed crown integral with the arm where the rotational movement is given. The starting up and braking are ensured by a variable speed drive powered by alternate single-phased power with 230V.
